She’s happiest digging beneath the surface to understand what’s really going on in the business, joining the dots between people, culture, systems, and strategy. Jo’s focus is on making sure we’re an amazing place to work - championing our values, shaping how we show up as leaders, and creating a safe, inclusive environment where people can genuinely thrive as individuals.
